EAGLES Spoken Language Working Group (Dafydd Gibbon)
The Spoken Language Working Group of EAGLES (the European Commission's Expert Advisory Group on Language Engineering Standards, now ISLE) has produced a Handbook of Standards and Resources for Spoken Language Systems, "with information and recommendations on established practice in the area of spoken language system development in multilingual environments."
