HIAT-DOS is a software for creating and editing transcriptions according to the HIAT transcription system. HIAT-DOS was developed at the University of Dortmund (1992/1994). It is an MS-DOS application which will run on DOS and Windows operating systems. An import filter for converting HIAT-DOS data to a more sustainable XML format is integrated into EXMARaLDA.
