The IMS Corpus Workbench (CWB) was developed by the Institut für Maschinelle Sprachverarbeitung to support full-text retrieval from large textual resources in the fields of lexicography and terminology. The central component is the 'Corpus Query Processor' (CQP), a specialized search engine for linguistic research.
